Well this is a little bit of an IA too, but I've got to post it here...

I've a new program at the gym that includes more weights, a little more time on the cross trainer & now rowing (in addition to a bike warmup & some time on the treadmill). Today was the first day I did the new program in its entirety & boy am I tired & a little bit stiff/sore. (Plus I had my Pilates lesson yesterday.)
But I'll sleep better tonight for it, and as my DH reminds me -- Every little bit you do like that, your body is going to knit itself up even better and stronger than you were before.

ETA: I'm going to do it again on Friday, which will do me good in preparation for a long flight!
