Having a really great day at Crufts with my ten year old and bringing home lots and lots of nice treats for our bratty Samson.

Selling both pieces of furniture we listed on eBay. We only got our minimums but at least they sold!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I did most of the laundry yesterday and got the sheets in as soon as I got up this morning, so now I don't have a huge pile and can have a more relaxed Sunday.

I'd love to go, only to check out the stuff they sell there.  What did you get?

Getting rid of the huge doll display cabinet in the hallway...so good to see it go. Plus we now have £40 to boot.

the smell of fresh baking bread (hey, it's the simple things in life!)
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Finding a stash of old Lush bubble bars and taking a Christmas Kisses bath with the cats (who LOVE investigating people in bubble baths!). :D

Happiness is.... knowing my mother will be here in a little over 3 days!

Seeing your team beat Chelsea and get to the FA Cup semi final!  ;D

Just been chatting to DF as I have to change travel plans in order to go to Wembley....she's ok with it but trying to explain the significance of the occasion was difficult! Just can't quite put it into context of US sport.....sort of like a minor league baseball team somehow being able to get in the playoffs and be 1 win away from the World Series.

Congrats!   There are a LOT of pissed off (and just generally pissed) Boro fans out there at the moment - I'm staying well indoors. :P

Sunderland lost too, but we're used to it by now.  ;D

Have you ever made your own?  It's dead easy, and never lasts long...

My husbands ex-boss in the paper today, and his wife lying for all she is worth.  I have only been here 18months and my family has made the paper twice.

Well done to your whistle blower husband.  (Giving the meat as Christmas bonus? Wha...?)
