Realizing that I'd had enough foresight to record a melody I made up. I could not, for the life of me, remember a lick of it otherwise! Gave myself a pat on the back for that one.  ;D

I am all about recording or writing music stuff down--there's just too much to remember in life!

Mine is finding out I will have a day off this week!

hijack!

Speaking of music Andee, you were on my mind this past weekend! R's cousin was celebrating his 50th birthday, and we were in Ennis, Ireland for the party. He is very much into traditional music so we were at the pub until the wee hours listening to everyone play. Someone showed up with a harp and we were told that is a rare treat indeed. I wondered for a second if it might be you but was later told her name was April. Ah well. That would have been a mighty coincidence!  ;D

end hijack!

How cool!  I love Ennis and we stay in Kilfenora for two weeks every summer and sometimes drive into Ennis for sessions.  I will ask around / keep my eyes peeled for April when we go back in July!

So much gorgeous sunshine. For almost 2 weeks straight! Very cold and frosty mornings, then warming up in the sun! Absolutely gorgeous!  Hehehe!  Whee!

(Of course this is probably 'summer')

Oh my gosh, its done.  The two years of my life, highly stressful, highly political, "cat hair pulling" project is done.  It's done. It's done. It's done. It's done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Free food at the store. They are having a reopening after a remodel.
They say they are giving us breakfast and so they gave us a dozen eggs, 6 English muffins, half a gallon of orange juice and a packet of sausages for frying. Plus they are having a drawing for a iPad, three of them, total, at three different times.
