Hot coffee and fuzzy socks. I do believe Mother Nature forgot it is supposed to be in the 80's in May, in Indiana. We even had the furnace on for a few hours yesterday.

Yay for fuzzy socks. 
I've still got my heat kicking on- We had snow on Friday night!  
Today has been decent though, up to about 14C or so  :)

Normally I wouldn't have fuzzy socks out this time of year in Indiana (I did in the UK though), but when I was putting the winter clothes away I missed a pair. I usually keep a couple pairs of long lounging around the house pants out in case they are needed for cold air conditioning, so I was prepared for the past couple days. This year has been cooler than usual so far.

Snow would be fun, if it is cold anyway.  ;D

I miss having Bank Holiday Monday.  :(

Mine: playing in the dirt. We've been doing a lot of gardening, both planting veggies and working on flowerbeds. I forgot how happy playing in the dirt made me as a kid.

When we were kids mom and dad left us a six or seven foot wide path the length of the garden to play in. We'd drive my brother's Tonka trucks and my pink Tonka jeep around like mad fools. I still have that pink Tonka jeep in the gardening shed. Hmmm....

I went to two job interviews last week, my first interviews here in the UK. I was offered both jobs!! One was a job I really wanted and the other was just a job I applied for to fall back on in case the one I wanted didn't work out. Of course I took the one I wanted  :D I will be working full time and going to job training in London! I am so excited, things are finally looking up for me here. I have been so incredibly depressed and homesick for the past 5 months and I can't wait to have a purpose again. I can finally start to build a life here!

Thank you! They were both customer service jobs but the job I accepted is an American brand launching in the UK, so I think I had a bit of an advantage being from the states and using their products before!
