Woohoo!

I passed the phone interview and have another interview scheduled for Friday morning at Lonely Planet!  :)

Sooooo excited right now!  :)  I thought I'd gotten too nervous and flubbed my words a bit  ::) and forgotten to mention a few important things  ::) and didn't have an answer for them on the salary I expect  ::) but apparently they liked me!!!!!!!!  :)

Thanks for all the crossed fingers, toes and everything else!  :)

Woohoo!

Aggghhhh!!!!  That's fantastic!!!!!

I always write things down before an interview.  Key points I want to touch on, questions I've thought of in advance, and slip them into a notebook and take it with me to the interview.  Then before you are done when they ask if you have any questions etc., I can check my notebook and make sure I've touched on everything.

I'm so excited for you!!!

Thanks, KFdancer and PB!  :)

I've never really had to interview or prove myself before.... or they've been ridiculously easy for me.   ::)  Once, I interviewed for an entry-level job and was promoted (?) to a supervisory position at the interview.    ;D   Completed the trainings back to back and advanced training within a few months and was training new hires straight away..... I don't remember being nervous at all.... maybe I'm over thinking it now.... or maybe I'm just older and care more.  :P

Anyway, soooo excited/nervous.  :)  Hard to practice for an interview when you don't have the nerves until you're actually there!  :P

FANTASTIC, TF!!! Way to go! Now you do have to get dressed up - for Friday, but I'm sure you don't mind!  ;D ;D ;D

The simple joy of a caramel apple, made with a fresh apple and Kraft caramels.

Sorry!  ;D I missed them dreadfully my first October over there. After that I made sure to take a bag of caramels with me when returning from trips to Indiana. Then I would hide the caramels from myself until October. For as much as I love them, I have always eaten them in October only.

I had my interview this morning at Lonely Planet.   ;D

I allowed plenty of time to get there and sat in the sun in Starbucks for about 20 minutes before.  :)  I think I was their first interview of the day (10a) and they were chipper, chatty and giggly.  A really nice interview.   ;D

It was really nice to have an interview where two years travelling is a good thing and they were interested in it rather than just being a two year gap in work experience!   ::)   [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

They said they've got back-to-back hour-long interviews today (I don't envy the last candidate of the day!) and a few on Monday, so I'll find out next week!  Touch wood!   ;D
