mailing important documents

My mother needs to send me my birth certificate from the US. What do you recommend as the best way to send it so we can track it? We were thinking about Fed Ex or UPS.

Definitely FedEx - wouldn't trust anyone else for my important docs.

Absolutely. FedEx or UPS-I have a fondness for UPS now, since after Hurrican Wilma, when FedEx had their thumbs up their butts, UPS was still delivering.
