Does NHS cover me on a Fiance visa?

I just got my finace visa and I am wondering if I can get NHS with it or if I have to wait until after marriage.

As soon as you move to the UK and are living as a resident you covered by NHS. You just need to register with your local doctor. I came over on a fiancee' visa--no problem.

You may get hassled when you try to register with a GP but you are legally eligible for it.

I came over on a fiancee visa, I didnt have any problems registering for the NHS.
