I'm confused....

Okay, I thought that since applying for a intent to register civil partnership visa that my daughter would be like included on mine as she will be travelling at the same time.  Does I need to apply for hers separately?  My partner is our sponsor.   :-\\\\

yeah, you need to send in a separate visa app for her (and pay another fee.)

Will I use the same form that I am sending in?  Not as in the same one, but the same type of form

Yes a VAF2 as dependant child of someone intending to settle in the UK.
