Rum Punch
« on: July 17, 2006, 10:40:30 PM »
Hey all... anyone got some suggestions for making Rum Punch?  Ive trolled the net and read tons of recipes, but Im wondering if you all have any other suggestions.  Im looking for something like Hawaiian Punch (adding lots of white rum!)  Maybe also some Sprite?  Orange or pineapple juice??

when I think "rum punch" I think of the kind that we make back in Trinidad....it's not really like Hawaiian punch though (but it's sweet and does have lots of rum in it!)  If anyone's interested in the authentic Caribbean recipe for that kind of rum punch, lemme know and I'll ask my mum ;)

What about a recipe for a Hurricane? It is very Hawaiian punch tasting with loads of rum.

I used cocktail.uk.com for a cocktail night we had a while back.

I like the site because once you login (which is free) you can tick what you have in your cupboards and it will tell you what you can make with your stuff!

We have a second night coming up in August.. watch out Morpeth!!  hehe   ;)

If you still have some rum left you should try a mojito, so refreshing in this heat
