Just got a call from my mother, my Entry Clearance package arrived this morning from the NYC Consulate with my visa stamp!! (i did the HSMP and requested the maximum allowed EC of 2 years)!!
I'm very impressed with how quick the turnaround was. I FedEx'ed it to NY Consulate 7/20, it arrived on 7/21. 7/26 I had an email that they received it and were processing it and that it would take 5 days. Yesterday 7/27 they emailed to say it was approved and being FedEd'ed back (but they gave me a bum tracking number). Didn't really matter i suppose because it arrived at my parents house about 15 minutes ago!
Now i just need to start packing!!
