In preparation of upcoming op I went and had a ECG today...phew what a relief and sense of peace did that bring..I am so terrified of having a heart attack...

Said I had a good heart beat and couldn't see any problems with it at all..

Which is good cause a few weeks again I was having these really irregular heart beats..but come to find out is was due to me drinking to many Coke Zero's!!!  :-\\\\

I haven't had a Coke in over a month..and that is a major BIGGY for me.....

Just thought I would let you know I have had my op on Wednesday and I got out of the hospital yesterday. I am staying in a hotel until Tuesday when we travel home.

Even tho it is a major surgery it went so smoothly it didn't feel major at all. My surgeon is truely a brilliant man. I haven't had any pain what so ever. Only discomfort.

As I was going under in my mind I screamed NO I CHANGE MY MIND!!! and had a bit of a whinge Wednesday night thinking what have I done to myself. But I am now very happy I have gone thru with it and it is over with.

I can already tell I am losing and can't wait to see how the weeks progress!!

Love to all!

Dr. Bruno Dillemans at AZ Sint JAN in Brugge

Brilliant man and surgeon

If anyone is interested on Jan 8 at 8 o'clock on ITV Tonight with Trevor McDonald they are going to be having a special about ppl going on holiday ops and they were here last Friday following a woman from the UK who came and had the same op with him as I did.

I can't wait to see it..it should be interesting.
