No sloppy joe mix here.  :(  You can make your own though fairly easily.  I use a can of condensed tomato soup, some mustard, a squirt of tomato puree and seasoning to taste.  Or the packets probably aren't too expensive to have someone send.

This is my favourite sloppy joe recipe. It is Rachel Ray's and you can get montreal steak seasoning at sainsbury's.  I've also used canned tomatoes instead of the sauce and it works as well.

http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/cooking/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_23182,00.html

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan
1 1/4 pounds ground beef sirloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend, such as McCormick brand Montreal Seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 crusty rolls, split, toasted, and lightly buttered

Sorta like going into a store in the states and asking for Shepard's Pie Mix.

Damn... now I made myself hungry...

Actually...I've seen Shep's Pie mix in Sainsbury's!!!

It's one of those things that bug me, like pre-grated cheese, and pancake mix...

That is too funny they wanted to know who Sloppy Joe was....well I was making a recipe that called for Bisquick...and trying to explain to the clerk in the Co-Op Grocery Store what exactly bisquick was, was quite fun...they looked at me like I had just come from another planet hehehe...

That sloppy joe recipe that someone submitted from Rachel Ray looks great..I am going to have to try it...
