Packaged pancakes

Now even I want some!! we used to have those all the time when I was a kid, my dad used to buy them.

I had those Scotch pancakes for breakfast at a Safeway in Inverness of all places- I was so excited because it was the closest thing to American pancakes that I had seen since arriving in the UK (the thin English pancakes have their own charm, I suppose, but it's not the same!)
