What is the best meal experience you ever had?

Some of my favourite curries are the mild ones.  But I too, like the burn your ears off spicey curries.  It is hilarious when we order the spicey stuff, the waiters always say - "it's very spicey".  Yes, we know, that's why we ordered it!

The problem is many people don't understand how truly spicy the food can get.  We were at a restaurant last year that served green chili dosas.  There was a couple next to us - wife was Indian, husband was German.  He ordered one of these and the waiter told them - it's really really hot.  I mean, these are SERIOUSLY hot.  He still wanted it. So they brought it out and he tried valiantly to eat it but took a few bites and could not continue.  I mean, even true South Indians cannot eat this type of dish - it is just too hot.  We watched this guy in agony and offered him some yogurt.  His wife should have known better!!   

It isn't? 

I had curry for the first time ever when I was there...I liked it the favor was quite good but I'm very sensitive to heat (spice). I've had hot cheetos once in my life but I can't eat thembecause they are to hot.   Im weak lmfao

Korma is the way to go. Creamy curry goodness. I'm not huge on curry but you can entice with me with a Korma.
