why did i think that a form of vegitarianism that ate fish was pescatarian? 

Yep, that's the term for that sort of diet :)

I've been a pescatarian for about 9 years now. That's to say, I don't eat fish often but I will. As for eating out and at other people's places, I always ask for a vegetarian meal. That's how I cook for myself 98% of the time and it's safe as to what you might be served.
I looove that all products in the UK that are suitable for vegetarians SAY suitable for vegetarians! My fiance, who's been an definite vegetarian for 12 years was surprised when he looked at the back of products here -that it doesn't say. I wish they'd change that.
Anyways, eat what you want, say what you want.
Goodness, if it was healthy, I'd sure love to be a cakeatarian!  ;D

i get my black beans dried at an organic shop and then rehydrate

I found some at an asian market. The only place that I could find them in Leeds.

For most of my life I have been vegetarian and then after i had breast cancer I went vegan. If it ever had eyes and looked back at me it didnt go in my mouth. But it was a hard life and made me really upset. im back to being vegetarian now but im struggling with all the stress and just doing best i can...
