Preparing to move--selling my condo

I am starting to prepare for the move.  However, things are teeny bit more complicated for me.  I own a condo and need to sell it before I move (since I won't be able to work right away, there is NO way I can afford the mortgage).  So, any suggestions on how to structure such a thing in addition to obtaining a visa or work permit would be very very welcome.  I am feeling horribly overwhelmed right now.

make a list!  prioritze!  yes you have A LOT to do, but it's manageable.

I may have.  Depends on if they will take my dogs AND me!  At least my dogs are microchipped already!  Just need to do the rest for the PETS scheme.
