Day trip from London
« on: September 29, 2006, 11:25:25 AM »
I think someone else might have asked this recently but here goes.

I've got a car this weekend (hooray!) and DH and I want to take a mini road trip somewhere on Sunday.  Any suggestions?  We live in London.

Leeds Castle is a nice short trip from London, and a very beautiful spot. I assume it is still open this time of year. My Mom and I did that on a Sunday, and continued out to Canterbury. It was a very nice and manageable day trip.
