SD Card for Digital Camera
« on: September 30, 2006, 12:03:49 PM »
Any recommendations on good, inexpensive places to buy a couple SD cards for my digital camera in the London area?  Is Dixons probably one of the pricier places?

Ebuyer has a special on 2Gig SD cards for 22 quid I think.

www.ebuyer.com, I use them all of the time for all my electronics/puter stuff.

I noticed that, but I don't have a London address at the moment and am leaving here in Sweden on Wednesday, so no time to get it delivered here without paying a fortune, which would negate any savings.  Dixons' price isn't too bad, compared with Swedish prices, so I'll probably pop in there on Wednesday and pick up another SD card and then use eBay once I get moved and have an address for things to be delivered to.

There are duty free Dixons at Heathrow. There's a list of which Terminal areas shops are in here:

Unfortunately, I am flying into Luton and I live in Sweden at the moment, so can't even take advantage of duty-free anymore.  Part of the negative side to having EEU citizenship, I guess, but the benefits outweigh that.  ;D
