It's the only way to go. Highly recommended, as long as you base your creation on sound nutrition.

It has worked for me, with my husband's good example, support & guidance -- just over 4 stone lost, over a loooonng period of time (2 1/2 years).  I could still lose about 2-3 more stone, but I'm not stressing over it -- I am MUCH healthier than I was 2 1/2 years ago.  And now I have the energy & stamina to do more activities...have even been thinking of joining a gym. :)
