Muslin. I always find it at kitchen supply shops.

I've been itching to make a pudding but I still haven't bought a muslin and string yet!! so what if you don't use it?? How does it turn out?

No, I use it for basting my turkey - It's Canadian Thanksgiving (a week late) and I want to baste the turkey in butter and wine - very yummy!

I also use it for making Pho soup.

You can buy it at the rag market in Brum. I use it by the ton in my buisness. Pm me if you want the number of the guy I get it from.
