This is good to know. I've been doing research about jet lag.
One of the new theories to get over jet lag, is you Decrease melatonin levels and increase seratonin levels. You do this with light therapy. If you're travelling east, light therapy in the morning and if you're travelling west, light therapy in the evening. It is the light that allows your brain to adjust its clock, not sleep as previously thought.
I am really looking forward to trying this with our new SAD lamp next time we travel.
