1. Yesterday I got the phsyiotherapy for neck/shoulder/arm pain DVD in the post. I did some of the exercises and they seemed quite good; will probably take a little while to see if they are making a difference.

2. My husband mentioned that he bought me a couple of birthday presents. 

1. Getting back the entire cleaning deposit from my rental. £700 I wasn't expecting!!!! Almost worth the straight 10 days spent cleaning.

Isn't that nice that they didn't make you jump through hoops to get it back. Nice people and they must think the same about you.

1. I brought into work the gorgeous roses my hubby bought me yesterday to celebrate my being in the country for 1 whole year.

2. I started studying my "Life in the UK" manual last night and looked at the practice questions and realized this might be easier then I thought.

1.  It was a nice sunny day- enjoyed walking my pup today in the sunshine
2.  My trip to america is not far away - time to start planning!

1. My husband has a job interview in a couple weeks for a position that pays very well.
2. My birthday dinner last night was fantastic! Thanks to Chrissy for the flowers!

Ok, Im happy because...
1. I woke up at 5:30am this morning really ill and my husband got up at 6am and ran to the store and got me OJ, throat soozers, medicine, my lunch and tissues.  So im thankful for him being such a sweetheart.
2. My job being understanding and giving me today off sick without a hassle.

1. I met my daughter's nursery teacher today and really liked her and felt good about her starting school next week.

2. My son giving me a hug and when I asked why he said because he loves me.    He's only four years old.
