1.  Cold seems to be getting better.

2.  I think we MIGHT have found a flat. 

1. Three people are interested in buying my loveseat and chair.  They are coming to look this weekend and if they want it, take it.  I can sit on pillows for three weeks. 

2.  That I don't care about anything at my current job and it feels awesome!

1. I got a job interview! 

2. The work day went by fairly quick.

2. I get to go home and take a nap in a few minutes

1. the teenagers coat is so tiny that the dry cleaner only charged for a child's coat.
2. the uni student is coming home for a visit tomorrow. 

1) This week, I did a 5-mile walk (last Sunday), did Pilates (Tuesday) & went to the gym on both Thursday & Friday.  Yaye me!

I can't complain. She is what you call a "low maintenance wife".
She hasn't worked outside the home in 39 years.

Unfortunately, my weight hasn't budged much at all for about the past year -- despite the increase in exercise, particularly within the last two months.

That part is discouraging, but hopefully I am putting on muscle.  Although having said all that, despite what the scales say, I noticed that my work trousers seemed looser fitting this week.

2.  got to see 'Control'!

1.  FINALLY finished all the unpacking and have everything set up.

2.  We all had a fab hike nearby complete with picnic.  Autumn colours amazing and both DH and I love rambling and hillwalking.  Aillidh walked over 2 miles - wahey! - whilst Roisin rode on Dad's back on the way in and mine on the way out.  I need to lose a stone or two and this is definitely an enjoyable way to do it!

1. We got takeaway for dinner, so I didn't have to cook this evening.

2. My BIL is babysitting his godchildren tonight, so DH and I have had our first evening alone for almost a year! 

1.  A friend came over to help me do some moving stuff and volunteered more time next weekend and the weekend before I move.  I was so incredibly moved by this.
2.  Two people showed interest in my car ads and I hope to hear from them during this week.

Never ceases to amaze me how much different the weather can be from here to there - not a long distance!  We had a cloudy, damp, chilly weekend -- all weekend.  Not out & out rain, just mist on & off.
