I used to exercise a lot and now if I don't do at least push ups and squats every few days I get muscle cramps. I find that when I'm in the swing of working out all the time I love it and do it for ours but if I get out of the rhythm, for even a little bit, then it's not as fun.
I need to get back into it. I twisted my knee again today. It happens a lot because I have loose tendons and ligaments.
My 2:
1. Not having to go anywhere today.
2. DB made breakfast today. (He did try, bless his heart!)
