1.  I'm happy because my hubby's Sergeant Major let him have tomorrow off to attend the annual "Thanksgiving in Plymouth" celebration with me and Izzy.

2.  I'm happy because the 2 cheesecakes I sent to work with hubby were hits!  So much so, the guys have asked if I could make some more in the near future.  Looks like I'll be asking for some more Hershey's Cocoa powder from my parents.  ;) They also said Mark was lucky because none of their wives would have did anything like that.  :D

Getting prints of our visits to Salzburg, Mondsee, Budapest and others and sending them out with Christmas cards.  They turned out lovely, the clear skies and bright sunshine were such a treat after winter UK weather.

Making plans to make a gingerbread house just like my bil and sil's thatched roof cottage in Bristol.

Finding strength in friendships and appreciating them during some difficult times.  My son is sick with a chest infection, I am currently in the middle of a miscarriage, I found out yesterday my father was diagnosed with cancer.

Aw Grace...so sorry you're going through some difficult times.  I'm glad you've got some friends you can count on to help you through...

I'm also grateful for good friends who give me good advice and help me not to panic...

...and Sainsbury's whole grain 'Cranberry Wheat Squares'.  Like tiny little shredded wheats w/cranberry filling.  Delicious!!! :)

1. Had a choir rehearsal tonight with the orchestra in our absolutely gorgeous concert space- Sunday's performance is going to be awesome!

2. Free UK landline calls for the next 6 months through Skype! Yay :D
