Two things you are happy about today/

I got a nice bunch of flowers from a stranger today!  (OK, I did find her wallet on the street and return it, but hey.)

My cat hasn't thrown up in over a week!

1. Dh & I had lunch with one of my good friends today we all had a good time.
2. Dh & I spent the afternoon with my mom.

1.  it's Sandra's birthday today

1. Office is pretty calm and lots of people out this week.

2. Only working three days next week then I'm off for five days.

1. My husband drove me to work this morning in our car. (I just bought it this past weekend. He passed his driving test only about a week ago.)

2. My first day at my new job went well and I even got to leave a half an hour early.

1.  Having a wonderful Thanksgiving meal Saturday.

1. Today is Dh & I  3rd Anniversary we are going to a very nice restuarant tonight.   
2. I got a beautiful gold necklace with colorful butterfly pendant & a beautiful gold & pink stone butterfly toe ring from Dh for our Anniversary.

I am happy that:

1. Things are falling into place for our move.
2. Time heals most wounds.

LOL... it wasn't meant to be!
He's a pastry chef, but now you mention it... he is really nice looking, too!

1. Moving the closing date of our house up a few days to this Monday! Woo-hoo!

2. DD loves the aftercare program at her school - makes me feel good that she has such a good time and the care workers are so wonderful to the kids.

1.  Found the Indian groceries not too far from us!

2.  DH is back with me in Edinburgh, and he loves how nice our place is now.

#1.  After weeks of miserable gray, damp weather, we finally got a whole day without wind or rain, and even had a little sunshine.

#2.  Thanks to #1, I managed to get some painting done on the outside of the house that I've been trying to do for about the last three weeks.
