Two things you are happy about today/

1.  Got contacted by recruiters for potential jobs.
2.  Almost time to submit my ILE application.

1. I received a lovely gift of some chocolate hedgehogs in the post from a fellow UKY-er!  Thanks so much!

2. I start my job tomorrow.

1. My boss liked my idea for improving productivity at work

2. I'm feeling less gloomy than I have been over the last few weeks.

1.  I'm skipping the History Club quiz tonight because of my cold (which isn't really all that bad) so I can stay home and be warm and snuggly with the cat.

2.  A whole bed to myself tonight

1.  I've had four 10-yr-old boys and a 7-yr-old girl in my house all afternoon and they've all been getting along and playing so quietly my husband has been able to work from home (on the phone) and I've been able to play on the computer!

2.  I just found a spare chocolate orange in a pile of Christmas stuff, when I thought we'd polished off all the chocolate.

2.  A whole bed to myself tonight

1.  A whole bed to myself last night (without someone next to me snoring).

2.  Trying to get on to UK time...

1) The office is completely EMPTY
2) I can't wait til the subway van gets here so I can get my Italian BMT for £2!!

1. Happy to be warm and dry on a cold, snowy day.
2. Over the moon having found a home to buy here in the UK. :-)

2. My son just spent almost a whole hour snuggling with me on the futon.

2. Getting a late Christmas goodie package from Harry and Davids. Nuts, chocolate glazed popcorn, truffles, chocolate glazed cherries, pears. Very goode. No you can't!
