1. A Valentine's surprise from the BF. Even if I had to do the walk of shame through the department.  :-[

2. Funny group email conversation with co-workers. Reminds me of my old job when we used to do this!

1. DH got Sammy up for me

2. We're hoping to do spaghetti alla vongole and pavlova for dinner!

He sent me flowers that had candy and a little teddy bear attached. I heard someone say, 'uh oh, the first flowers of the day!'  My desk is in the back of the department and it was a looooong walk!

1. Spending weekend in Oxford with other half.

2. Seeing my cousin perform tonight at Oxford... cant believe that little squirt I used to tease on summer hols in Iowa is now a pianist. :)

1. Finally got my British passport application off in the post today!  Woohoo!  (used the Check & Send service through the post office, so fingers crossed it'll only be about 2 weeks)

2. No work today!
