Two things you are happy about today/

1.  Having a lovely time with karin today - lunch and shopping - just what I needed!

2.  Getting a sweet email from DH - 'you are the cleverest wife ever'.   

1. Loving our new house! No longer renting.....from a demon landlord...yay!!...its all ours! 

2. Loving our friendly, welcoming neighbors!! We didn't have that for the 1st three years in our old area so still in a nice shock about it!! 

1.  A fantabulous boyfriend who's waiting on me hand and foot, and cooking us a scrummy dinner.

2.  An impromptu drop-in of a bunch of friends to watch us set off fireworks in the garden. Yaye!

1.)  Getting an email today from a dear friend / former collegue in the UK that he and his wife are visiting in January!!!!!!!! 

2.)  Snuggling with my husband in front of the fire with a hot cocoa after going for a walk together with the puppy and kids.

1.  Although the Bears lost, the last time they lost to Miami was 1985 - SUPERBOWL!

2.  I had wonderful phone calls with DH, my best cousin, and my friend in Germany.  Lovely way to spend a quiet evening at home, along with laundry and sorting my new lingerie (hooray!).

1. Spending time with a pal from the US weight watcher boards...i've known her for 2 years or so and she's been here all weekend with her DH.

2. GThe amazing dinner i made.  Good wine. good food.  great night.

In order:

1. After some major fog in the morning...it was a beautiful sunny day! 

2. Monday at work is over (even though I like my job...Monday's are the hardest!).

1.  Swing dancing tonight

2.  Getting home safely and going to bed happily!

1. My offer was accepted on a house today- I'm buying a house!

2. I think #1 is enough for 2, i'm so excited!

1. I made a lamb soup this morning (lamb broth made yesterday from Sunday's leg roast) which is a first for me and so far it seems really good.  I'm really looking forward to coming home tonight to a slow-cooked yummy soup!  Homemade soup is always a reason for me to be happy!

2.  Slept through the night for the first time in a week.  Great night sleep.
