7.  I got a 'silver 7' at WW this morning (some will know what this means)

While I'm not there for him in person, DB opened his birthday present from me over webcam so I could watch him. Today is his birthday too. Happy Birthday, Chary! 

I'm finally getting over my strep throat! I can finally eat without being in horrible pain and talking doesn't hurt as much either. Plus by taking one more day off from work I got to miss the mouse running into my classroom this morning!  I'm sure the kids will tell me all about it when I return though!

I always think it's so fun to find people with the same birthday as me. In high school I knew three people with not only the same birthday but in the same year as well! We were all friends too, so we sometimes called ourselves the triplets. I think I was the middle one...

If you go to Weight Watchers meetings, it's a little sticker you get in your weight chart thingy every time you lose another half a stone. Like schoolchildren getting a gold star!

Hopefully I will be getting a 'silver 7' this Thursday morning at my weigh-in.

Thanks I need all the help I can get lol. I haven't been that bad this week except for Sunday. the In-laws took Dh & I out for a nice Chinese meal since getting my ILR. other than that I had a good week since my last weigh-in. but I went swimming for almost an hour on Tuesday afternoon & I'm going swimming this afternoon for an hour an 20 mins so hopefully that will burn off my Chinese meal I had.

Well in my case not working, living out in the country,& living in a new country is bad for me all around weight wise lol.

Maybe we should take this back to Shrinkers (WW)? But just wanted to add that living out in the country should be great for you, shugga!! All those lovely countryside walks!!

Some days that ok, but other days I have to really careful not to have a run-in with a tractor, combine's, & on coming vehicles. oh an here is the big 1 I have to have the motovation to go on my walks lol.
