(1) Lost 4 more pounds

(2) "Muffins with mom" at my daughters daycare.  I got to eat breakfast with my duaghter at her daycare and she was so excited.

During a long telephone conversation this afternoon with my best friend in the US (an UP in & of itself), I learned:

1) His writing, drafts & notes that he thought were lost forever (in the course of their very stressful move from FL to ME last year) have been found!!!  He was devastated over it, so this is huge - and I am so happy to learn of his relief.

2) They are going to pay us back the money that they owe us very soon!  And just in time for our upcoming holiday so that will work out nicely. :)

1.  I have a new hairstyle and colour and I feel gorgeous! [smiley=gorgeous.gif]
2.  A friend told me that she booked a pedicure for me tomorrow and she is coming with and paying for it (because she felt I needed a pick me up!).  I love my friends!
