1. I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be after our 20 mile walk yesterday.

2. See above.  ;D I really was expecting to wake up with all kinds of aches and pains.

1. I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be after our 20 mile walk yesterday.

:o How long did that take?!  The most I've ever done is 9 miles (Hadrian's Wall area and also in Cornwall) and that was epic for me!  My feet were so sore after the Cornwall walk that I literally had to stop at the first B&B I saw the next day (rather than the youth hostel which was what I had budgeted for), I could walk no further.  These days I keep it to about 6 miles.  That's a good day out for me.

Mine today:
1.  I'm off from work today and the sun is shining again.

2.  I've got two loads of laundry drying in the sun.

It took us just over 7 hours, with a 20 minute stop for lunch. We did a very brisk pace at first burning off some of our frustration over that phone call about hubby's test results being contaminated at the lab, and having to pay about £350 to change his flight and the thought of being apart for 3 - 7 weeks as a result of it.

While we are incredibly proud of ourselves, and it WAS a bucket list thing that we can cross off the list, we are in agreement of never again. I'm like you, about 6 miles is a good day out for me.

Forgot to post while I was here.  ;D

1. If I have to see a positive in hubby and me being in two countries for a few weeks, it would be the Disney movie marathon and the Tim Burton movie marathon I will be having with my nieces.

2. We've made plans to head out with friends for a while on Friday afternoon.

1. My boss just gave us all tomorrow off which extends my vacation time! Whoo hoo! (I had booked a 2 week holiday starting next week but with it being slow and bank holidays and such, he just said to take it as an extended paid bank holiday! YAY!!)

2. I think it will be a short day today as well! No complaints here!

1. Headed out in a bit for an afternoon with friends.

2. Two more Friday Morrisons shops and I will be free of that place! It was no better anywhere else I tried, so I ended up sticking with Morrisons because it is easiest for me to get to. I've never really enjoyed food shopping, but as regular readers around here know, I HATE food shopping with a passion here.  ::)

Hooray! I'm sure you'll enjoy relaxing on your honeymoon after all that. ;)

1. Yesterday we made the decision to ship a few more boxes, which means less stress (but more money) on trying to figure out how to get everything back instead of leaving a lot of stuff here until our next visit. I like 'less stress'.

2. My oldest niece has been sending me the cutest messages counting down the days until she gets to see me again.
