1. Went to Bournemouth beach yesterday  :) It was beautiful out, had an amazing mint choc chip ice cream, got a bit of a tan, and got to see the southern coast of England for the first time!

2. Also saw The Dark Knight Rises yesterday! Exhausting but great day

1. It's my birthday today. I have a feeling 27 is going to be way better than 26 turned out to be.  :)

2. I'm seeing Sigur Rós tonight! And aimlesstraveler!  :)

1.  I led hubby on a walk in the Dales yesterday.  It's the walk I've done around Burnsall Bridge before a few times.  For the first time he was able to just show up and not have to plan anything--I had it all under control.  It was a lovely day, too with just enough sunshine and not too hot.

2.  The antibiotics my dentist gave me are kicking in.  I felt ready to rip my tooth out myself it hurt so bad.  Now hopefully the infection will stay well at bay until I'm able to get to the dentist again after our holiday.

3.  (Three things!!)  We go on holiday Sunday!

1. Hubby is here Monday!  [smiley=smitten.gif]

2. I am off Friday and Saturday, and plan to spend the days doing things I enjoy but hubby doesn't care for so much, just to keep me from trying to hurry the clock and calendar.

1. Today I opened a bank account with a visa debit card with absolutely no trouble.

2. I landed in the UK 5 months ago today and I'm beginning to feel like I actually live here rather than feeling like I've taken an extended vacation.

1. I am just one step (the ceremony) away from dual citizenship.  :D

2.The second round of antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection have started working AND the aftereffects of going to ceilidh last night mean I feel quite physically energetic today. What a nice change!  :D
