Two things you are happy about today/

1. It's going to be another lovely sunny and warm day today!

2. I will actually get to enjoy it this afternoon as I will be home for 3:00 today! I'm thinking a nice cold drink and some back garden tanning! 

1. It's my bday next week and I have started to get cards in the mail from my family in the US...makes me want to cry, but also makes me happy to have something from them.

2. A week from tomorrow BF and I are leaving for SPAIN!!!!!! 90 degrees, spanish food, sunshine, and a beach! I can't wait 

1.) I have been in the UK with my husband for 17 weeks (and one day now) already!
2.) I washed the outside of the windows at our flat. It's in the tenancy agreement that we have to do it before we move out at the end of the month, so I went ahead and got it over with. They look much better now.

1.) A great day out yesterday with friends - nice picnic, great weather.  Gardening coming along great, going back out to enjoy more SUN!

2.) Band invited back to play at Belladrum next year. Yay! 

1.) Schools started today, so all the parents are back in and we're back to full strength at work.  This is good because we've all been covering extra workload for each other, so its nice to ease that back off.

2.) I have at least been given several positive comments from other departments about nailing projects and doing really great work in the last few days.  So I will happily take the positive feedback (makes me at least feel that I'm vindicated in my efforts!) 

1. My nerdy side says that I'm happy about the new "Zombies, Run!" app I downloaded on my iphone the other day! I HATE running (or the poor excuse I call as running! LOL!), and this has me interested enough to do it a few times a week! 

2. Lemon Cake, my co-worker brought in left over lemon cake and that just made my day...again!

1. Boyfriend sent me flowers for no reason at all. :') Got them in the mail randomly today. Made me so happy.

Hubby's 'reason' for not getting flowers is because we both have allergies. I have no problem with sneezing over gorgeous flowers. 

1. We have had a bit of rain off and on and most of the grass is actually green again. The drought is far from being over but at least it is looking prettier now.

2. Two days in a row off work, then working one day before having another two off. 

1. Adam Ant is playing a concert on the IOM next April!!!!!

2. And I've just bought TWO tickets!!!!! SQUEEE!!!!!!

I just got my Council Tax (Property tax) discounted to about £200 for the whole year, wow.

I got a hugh tub of ice cream for $3.99 or £2.54

2. Got my sports armband for my iphone that I've been waiting for FOREVER to get! I can go running without holding my phone (I use it for music!) again!! 

How sweet! DH never sent me flowers...

Well, to be fair we had a bit of a fight and he kept saying "I'll make it up to you" and I was like, "Pff, how can you make it up from 4,000 miles away?" (naive me). Then I forgot about said fight since we make up rather quick, then they came in the mail. It was sweet and totally unexpected.

One thing I'm happy about is I did laundry! Yippee!

And I'm watching Visa success stories, which make me feel a bit better.

1. Really quiet, easy day...Can't complain!

2. Going to schedule a massage...Can't decided on the Aroma therapy full body massage for £15.00 or the Full Body Swedish for £12.00....Hmmmm...!!
