1. Falling asleep without trains blasting their horns, or the guy downstairs making a lot of noise, talking loudly til 3 am, or having his tv way too loud until 3 am. Even with the chaos of things needing to be put away, we are far more relaxed since we have moved.

2. Being in the kitchen, listening to my guys (hubby and Joey, the bird), whistling back and forth to each other. It makes me happy every time.  [smiley=smitten.gif]

1. Tickets booked for Judas Priest at Manchester Apollo on Nov 28, going with friends.

2. Tickets booked for Judas Priest at Brixton Academy in London on Dec 1, hubby and me going.

Two years running we have re-booked our flights and adjusted out holiday because Judas Priest announced their dates after we booked our flights. Last year we adjusted by days, this year it is over a month later, but well worth it.  ;D

1. A (so far) comfortable summer. We've only had a few miserably hot and humid days, but otherwise it has been tolerable.

2. Not long now until pumpkin ale season is upon us.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

1. My niece was just admitted to the hospital, so I should have another great nephew tonight or in the morning.  [smiley=smitten.gif]

2. My cousin's husband posted a pic of their little one (just turned 1) holding a teddy bear with the words "Big Sister" embroidered on one of its paws, as their way of announcing they have another one on the way.  [smiley=smitten.gif]

Congratulations!  Kids bring so much joy into a family!

Thanks! Yes they do! :) We currently have 4 under the age of two, one very nearly here and one that will be here in about 8 months, on mom's side of the family, counting two of my cousins' little ones.

Here to report that after 20 hours she was only at 5 cm and they didn't want to hurry things along since she isn't past her due date, so they sent her home until her contractions get stronger. So, today's 2 are:

1. Little man is nearly here!

2. He's already showing signs of being as stubborn as his mommy was when she was little. It is going to be fun to watch him grow up!  ;D

Still waiting on the munchkin. The obstetrician doesn't feel the need to try to shake him out just yet, so it is all a waiting game, I suppose.

Today's:

1. There was a gorgeous rainbow this morning ahead of the huge storms we were supposed to get that ended up only being rain.

2. We are inching closer to Saturday, when we are going boating with friends, followed by dinner at The Melting Pot in Louisville. I can't wait. :)

2. Mama and baby are doing fine.
