Does anyone know if you can get them over here? I was thinking one would be really nice for Christmas.

Thanks,

Maureen

Are you located near a Costco? If so,maybe a kind person here at UKY that is a member can take you as a guest? I have done that once before.

I think the nearest one to me may be Reading and that's about an hour or so away.  Which i wouldn't mind travelling to.  My mother in law lives near Lakeside and I know there's one there.  I can probably see if she knows anyone who has a card and get one that way.  Thanks for the help! :)

I would think that if you went to any Costco you could get someone to take you inside as a guest and then just pay cash for the Ham. I used to do that for my mother who did not have a card.

Maybe post a new thread here asking if anyone has a Costco card and is willing to go shopping with you? I would if I still had one, but I let it expire when I left the US.  :-\\\\

Aww thanks for the offer!  Unfortunately Birmingham is about a 2 1/2 hour drive for me and while I love spiral ham I'm not sure I want to drive 2 1/2 hours for it!  I may know someone at work who has a card.. If I'm not able to get one I won't be too concerned I just thought it'd be nice to have!

Thank you all for your thoughts!

Maureen

Is there one in Birmingham?  I need to get a replacement card and thought I'd have to go to Milton Keynes.

having tried the costco spiral ham, i wouldn't advise driving 2 1/2 hours to get it. it's ham and its sliced  but doesn't have that special taste and texture of the good ones in the US. i saw a good looking imported one at harrods last year for £90 for a small half!!!!! we just save that treat for the US....
