Although when applying for ILR you need to show that you won't need to access public funds, even if you would be entitled to them....

I’ve been offered the job in the UK (near Southampton)
The salary is £36,000  per year + £5000 for relocation.
Can some one evaluate it and let me know if this amount is decent for this area for the family of 4?

I think that you should look also what people make here with your job and expereince.

£5000 for relocation is not to bad ... but you are going to spent a lot of money in your first days til  you find a place. One week hotel in B&B is about £350. You may have to pay 6 months in advance of rent since you dont have any credit in UK.

You may NOT  eligible for Child Benefit if you are coming  with work permit.
