So DF and I were sitting around bored and started taking quizzes online and i fould one related to "Quaint American Customs."  One of the questions really made me laugh, I wasn't expecting to see it on a quiz and was tickled pink that I knew it and made me reminisce about family car trips.  Here's the question...

We didn't shout anything out -- you had to do a quick "scratch" of the ceiling of the car.
