A question about further leave to remain.
« on: November 17, 2006, 09:36:59 AM »
Do I need the same sort of info as for the fiance visa?  I can't find any good info about the next step (we were married on the 1st of November).

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Merry

Same info and documents, updated bank statements and pay slips, plus the marriage certificate.

And the PEO's have started requiring appointments versus just walking in.  So you will likely have to call ahead and make an appointment.  Plus the application is £500 to get the FLR.

You can find the form you need online at http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/applicationforms/ which will also reiterate what Vicky said about the docs.
