Clarification of Section 9 of the Nationality Immigration and Asylum Act 2002

Section 9 kicked in last July.  It concerns illegitimate children born after to 1 July 2006.  I have mounted an abstract from a letter posted by the IND which provides some clarifying detail.  *ESPECIALLY* about the concession they are sponsoring for children born before 1 July 2002.
