Salt pork

Has anyone had any luck finding salt pork?  I saw a couple people mention using it for beans, but no reference to if it had been found.

Not salt pork, but you could use pancetta or a chuck of unsmoked streaky bacon.

Thanks, Carrie.  I still haven't adjusted to the idea that "bacon" here isn't necessarily smoked.
