Got my dress!!!

I have decided not to use the white dress that I got off ebay.  It was cute, but nothing as gorgeous as my Indian outfit will be.  I don't have pics, but I can say that the red is perfect, the cut is perfect, the beading & gold embroidery will be amazing.  Yes, I'll be a 'lady in red'...and it's amazing!  I got measured for it and they are designing and making it in Calcutta, India.  So cool!

The bottom of the dress will have this pattern on it...the top will be a bit more plain, but will still have some beadwork.

The fit of the skirt will be a-line.  And as it's been fitted to my exact measurements, it will be well, fitted!  I just can't gain any weight (losing a bit would be fine!).  The dress will be done mid-Feb, but I won't see it until I go back to the States the week before the wedding.
