marshmallow fluff - now at...

Sainsburys!!

Was looking for the regular marshmallows so I could make rice crispie treats and lo and behold - Fluff!!! 

I'm going first thing tomorrow morning!!  Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches here I come!!

Have you ever had it mixed with a brick of cream cheese and a little drop of Grand Marnier?  It's TO DIE FOR...it makes the most incredible dip for fruit...bananas, apples, grapes, etc.  I'm sooo excited!!

Waitrose sells it in the Kosher section

Our Sainsburys (Middlesbrough) has both regular and strawberry Fluff in the baking aisle - at least they did a couple of months ago....

I thought it was alwasy available at sainsbury's. That's where I have been buying it for about a year now.  hmmm... might be location.

Great news will need to check my sainsbury's...my daughter is vegetarian so doesn't eat marshmallows but fluff is okay for her hot chocolate! What area is in the store is it located?

It's probably been at mine the whole time...I'm still checking this am though!  For some reason I can't get my head around the grocery stores here...they have things in the strangest places to me and half the time I end up leaving without half the stuff on my list.

LOL!!  At Sainsbury and Asda, sugar is with the CEREAL, not with the baking supplies..

It took me a really long time to find the darned sugar!

Since we're on the topic of Fluff, can you use this in place of marshmallows for Rice Krispy Treats? I don't like marshmallows here and would rather use this. Think it would work?

I think that the fluff may be more "dense" if that makes sense than marshmallows that have been microwaved.  Why not though...give it shot...regardless, it's going to taste damn good! 

Don't I know it. I find the treats here are no where near as nice and very different. I just have to see the difference I need in fluff to marshmallows. Now to get to Sainsbury's and pray they have it at mine

both flavours have been on sale in Tesco's for about a year now,trust the kids to have spotted it before I could get them past!!!! 

There's no Fluff in either my Sainsbury's or my Tesco, so maybe it's regional?
I still have to buy mine online, or make a special trip to Lupe Pintos.
I bought 4 jars last time, though, cos i tend to make a lot of chocolate fudge around Christmas-time.
