American Idol returns!

I accidentally saw something I didn't mean to online, so I know one person who's not eliminated. I didn't see who got the boot, though, so at least there's something to look forward to tonight!

I know what you mean about seeing stuff online about American Idol. I always have to remind my sister not to tell me anything about AI if I call her before watching that week's AI.

I accidentally saw who got booted...argh!!!  I always forget to stay off people.com at the end of the week.  I'll still be watching the show though!

Agreed!  Even though several of them forgot their words.  On some simple Diana Ross songs too.  Geez!!

*laughs* I think that since Diana Ross has been famous for such a long time, she can get away with a kind of performance that newer singers wouldn't. How old is she?

OK, anyone know who the woman was that was critiquing with Cat Deeley.  We missed the very start and I don't know who it was.  I said Tori Amos or Tiffany. (I think they are both wrong though)

Tiffany! You were right! I accidentally fast forwarded a bit too far and missed Cat saying who it was. I had no idea, so had to rewind to figure it out. She actually had some pretty spot-on comments about the contestants.

I was right!!!  Wow.  She did have spot-on comments, I agree.  But I kept saying, OK, right, but who are you. (She didn't answer!!!!)

I thought some of the contestants sounded better than Diana did.  I'm hoping Jordan wins.

I'm still in shock that they considered Tiffany an expert. She makes me gag.

And I also thought Diana Ross didnt' sing well.  I can't stand her, but she did some GREAT songs in her day and I love her music (her older music).

I have to say that Chris Sligh & Brandon are my favorites as well. I do like the beat box guy I think his name is Blake. I was gutted that Brandon got booted. I know he forgot his words, he still did a better job the Sanjia though.

My fav women are Lakeisha, Melinda, Gina, Hayley, & Jordon. I dont really like Steffanie though.

I agree that Diana sounded horrible, she made Dh & I both cringe when she was singing. I do like her music but the older stuff though.
