Sparkpeople.com

I found a great weightloss site today. It's www.sparkpeople.com and is completely free. It's pretty similar to WW online but instead of calculating points you keep track of calories and things. It has a meal planner and a fitness planner and message boards. I haven't checked all of it out yet but I have started an account. Anyone who's looking for something like this should check it out. It looks good. I'm michelynn on there.

I'm getting serious about losing this weight now so I think I'm going to give this a try since it's free.

I've had a look at it and the free factor is very appealing. But I think I'll find it hard to track food when their food lists are US based. I see you can enter food manually but that could get a little tiresome. That said, I don't eat a lot of packaged food....
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I love sparks! I started it December 26 at 218lbs.. I am now as of Valentines day 194lbs. Its a good start imo. The plan is so healthy and easy to use and the site is simply wonderful.

I just realized this is the same site I use for exercise demonstration.  Great stuff for at home weights and stretching.

Oooh...neat site. The virtual demonstrations of the exercises are very useful. Some interesting ones that I've never tried there, and a few exercises that I forgot about, and need to start doing again!

Thanks for the link and I have joined up as lostpeep...

I already started tracking my food and it's pretty user friendly for changing foods etc..
