Dog gone dog thread
« on: January 18, 2007, 09:34:33 PM »
I see more and more cat threads popping up and wanted to start a thread about us dog lovers. Are there any of us left?

Here is my Samson at 7 months old. We are thinking about studding him out in a few months as it would be a shame to waste his noble good looks.  :D
Anyone having have any adviceon studding and/or breeding please share.

thanks. He's very much a house dog. German Shepherds are easily satisfied.

thanks MeShell. He has always been big even as a puppy. Samson not Jack. lol
Funny thing about Samson he runs up the stairs and is afraid to come down so Frank has to go up and carry his ass down. So funny!

I love dogs! I have a cocker spaniel and she's my baby. I got her 11 years ago when she was a tiny puppy. She was the runt of her litter. Will post a pic of her later. I use to walk her almost every day, but last time I tried (over a year ago) I ended up having to carry her for the last 1/2 of the trail.  :\\\'(

My sister has a yorkie, but it's too little and yappy for my taste. I'm really wanting to get a lab right now, but I'm afraid I won't have enough time to care for it properly.

This is my little pork chop, Raisin.  Rhodesian Ridgeback/Airdale Terrier, yes she is quite a mix!  Rescued her when she was 6 months old.  I adore her.

My parents still have the dog that I picked out and named.  I really miss her a lot, but I can't seem to find a pic of her.  She's a black lab/retriever mix.  She was so much fun to play with!

Oh, I shouldn't laugh! They are Jack Russell-y ... but not! Love them!

LOL, i was sent to pick up a puppy years ago for my little brother.  It was supposed to be mostly cute little beagle with a little black lab.  Biggest dog ever!  Not exactly the little beagle we had in mind, but everyone loves her to bits.

Here's Bobby's latest portrait.   ;)  He's a Jack Russell/Whippet cross and is the apple of my eye.
