Homemade biscuits... with a bit of granary malt flour thrown in... oh so light and fluffy....

my very most favourite muffins (oatmeal spice with dates) that I haven't baked since we moved here.  Mmmmmmm paired with fresh orange/mango/papaya juice and a latte.  perfect blissful breakfast yesterday!

Found a great recipe online for pear cobbler and picked up the sweetest pears at the store.  It was wonderful!

chai spiced cheesecake with a ginger crust, but I didn't think it was great. It came out a bit eggy tasting to me.
