breakfast casserole... next up, a tart citron if we can get our butts in gear!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. It's a gift for my childminder so sadly, I won't get to taste to see if it's any good! It sure looks nice and I hope the red cake is a neat surprise for her.

Next week is my son's birthday and he's requested a mint chocolate cake which will be an interesting challenge! :P
