Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Thinking about making oatmeal raisin cookies for the road trip tomorrow.

Apple toffee cake... although it's more of a syrup than a toffee. Pretty good, though!

We just bought a big bag of dried blueberries from Costco last weekend, and I'm still getting used to my new KitchenAid, so this No-Knead Whole Wheat Cinnamon Blueberry Bread was a must for me! I made it last night in around making dinner and WOW! It is easily the prettiest loaf I've ever made. And I love that it's subtly sweet and cinnamony (American sweet things are often OTT for me).

I've just eaten four slices toasted and buttered for breakfast! It's that good!

That looks absolutely delicious.  I may need to try it!

Fat free brownies that were surprisingly yummy! :) They used non-fat yogurt in place of the wet ingredients.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

Oooo, mind sharing the recipe?  :)

I'm currently baking some homemade cheese crackers.  They smell excellent!  :)
