Thanks so much!    They look great!  Everything I've seen has had applesauce as a substitute, which is alright for cakes and stuff, but it just doesn't do it for me in brownies.  The yoghurt looks like it may be the way forward!

They have a bit of a yogurty taste, but it is WAY better than the chewiness of the kind made with applesauce. And they are amazing for being fat free!

I've only just seen this, sorry!  They came out moist and chocolatey, but not very satisfying--almost like hot chocolate if you make it with water instead of milk. 

I've baked chocolate chip muffins yesterday.

Chocolate lime flourless cake for my hubby's party tomorrow (his request).  I'm making a margarita whipped cream to go with it tomorrow morning.
